- Every registration must have 1 full registration @ $31.50*.

- If you wish to pay by check, please send a check addressed to Southern Polk Count ATV/UTV Club, 876 217th St, Osceola WI 54020 and make sure to indicate the number of riders and their t-shirt sizes.
